The Purchaser shall select the method of delivery for the goods (will pick up the goods himself/herself, automated parcel terminal, post office, transport company etc.) when formalizing the order. For detailed prices on postal services, please see “How much does the delivery cost?“.

Weise & Stolz OÜ shall use third persons to deliver the goods to the Purchaser: Omniva, Itella and FedEx..

Goods shall be delivered to the delivery address entered in the order. The delivery address cannot be changed later.

Weise & Stolz OÜ shall deliver the ordered goods to the person executing delivery in two working days after the conclusion of the sales contract at the latest. As a rule, products are delivered in 3-5 working days.

If the goods ordered by the Purchaser are not in stock and have to be specially ordered from the producer/supplier and it is clear that the goods cannot be delivered in 3-5 working days, and in other cases when delivering the goods on time is impossible due to circumstances beyond the control of Weise & Stolz OÜ, Weise & Stolz OÜ shall inform the Purchaser in 2 working days as of the formalisation of the order via contact phone or e-mail. The Purchaser will then also be informed of the deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods.

If the Purchaser loses interest in purchasing the goods due to a longer delivery time, the Purchaser shall be entitled to cancel the order and the sum paid by the Purchaser (along with the cost of transport) shall be returned to the bank account of the Purchaser.

The Purchaser shall be obliged to check the ordered goods immediately upon delivery. If upon accepting the goods, the Purchaser discovers differences in its constitution or quantity, poor quality or any other difference of the goods in comparison to the description presented in the E-store or the order submitted by the Purchaser, the Purchaser shall immediately inform Stolz OÜ via info (at)

If the goods ordered by the Purchaser are delivered by an employee of a postal institution or transport company, the Purchaser shall accept the goods by signing the delivery note. Before signing the delivery note, the Purchaser shall make sure that the goods are in correct constitution and quantity, are not damaged or spoiled. If there is a difference in the constitution or quantity of the goods in comparison to the order submitted by the Purchaser or the product is damaged or spoiled, a corresponding note shall be made on the delivery note and a notification shall be sent immediately to the e-mail address info (at)

The risk of accidental destruction and damage to the goods shall transfer to the Purchaser upon the delivery of the products at the place specified in the order.
